Overview
Loot Learn is a two-sided consultation marketplace: verified consultants across twelve fields publish their availability, and clients book them by the minute. Sessions run as audio, video or group calls inside the app, are paid for in tokens from a built-in wallet, and start with the first few minutes free so nobody pays to find out it is the wrong fit. Client and consultant each get their own app and web experience.
Problem
- Getting a straight answer from a professional means a referral, an email thread and a week of scheduling — for a question that would take fifteen minutes to answer.
- Hourly retainers price out anyone with a small question, and there is no honest way to sample an expert before committing.
- Marketplaces that do exist scatter the work: discovery in one place, scheduling in another, the call somewhere else and the invoice later.
- Consultants lose bookings simply by being unavailable, with no way to pass work to someone they trust.
Solution
- Discovery, booking, the call itself and payment all live in one flow — pick a consultant, take a free slot from their calendar, add a note about what you need, and join the call from the same app.
- Per-minute pricing in tokens replaces the hourly retainer, and the first minutes of every session are free, so trying an expert costs nothing.
- Verified profiles carry a rating, a review count and a specialism, so credibility is visible before a booking rather than discovered after it.
- Consultants can allow a booking to be shared, passing it to a trusted colleague when they are unavailable instead of losing the client altogether.
- Separate client and consultant products — each on app and web — so both sides get tools built for their job rather than one interface bent to serve both.

Wireframes
Wireframes establish the core structure and layout of a project, providing a visual guide for content placement and functionality. This ensures alignment among team members, helping streamline the design process and achieve efficient project execution.

From question to booked call
The home screen opens on what is next — the upcoming session counting down, then categories to browse. Choosing a consultant leads into a single booking screen: their rate and free minutes at the top, an open calendar, the time slots they actually have, and a note describing what you want to cover.

Twelve fields, two sides, one flow
Healthcare, legal, technology, design, business, education and more — each category holds verified consultants with a rating, a specialism and a per-minute rate. Behind the client app sits a matching consultant product for managing availability, calls, wallet and payouts, on both mobile and web.
