Overview
N&B is a UK food-service wholesaler, and the platform turns its trade catalogue into a self-serve storefront. Customers browse frozen, chilled and grocery ranges with halal, veg and vegan filters, see pick-up and delivery prices side by side on every product, book a branch pick-up or a delivery slot, and pay by bank or card — with shopping lists and wishlists standing in for the weekly phone order.
Problem
- Trade customers ordered by phone or email from static price lists, with no live view of offers, stock or dietary information.
- Wholesale prices differ between branch pick-up and delivery, so quoting both by hand made every order slow and error-prone.
- Delivery runs and branch collections were scheduled manually, with slot availability and minimum-order rules explained over the phone.
Solution
- A retail-grade storefront for the whole trade catalogue — sub-categories with size and brand filters, halal/veg/vegan badges and offer-expiry flags, and pick-up and delivery prices together on every product card.
- Slot booking built into checkout: customers schedule a delivery or a branch pick-up window, with available days, times and the minimum order for each delivery day shown up front.
- Shopping lists, wishlists and reorders turn the weekly stock-up into a few clicks, and checkout takes bank or credit/debit card payments for both consumer and business accounts.

Priced both ways
Every product card carries pick-up and delivery pricing side by side, next to halal, veg and vegan badges and the date its offer expires. Sub-category, size and brand filters keep a large trade catalogue browsable, and items drop into the cart, a shopping list or the wishlist straight from the card.

Slots, checkout & payments
Checkout starts with a slot — delivery to the door or pick-up from a branch, each with its own days, windows and delivery-day minimum. The summary keeps the booked slot, totals and billing details in view while customers pay by bank or credit/debit card.
