Overview
Xcelyst gives agencies and enterprises one pipeline from job to hire. Admin, company and candidate portals keep companies, jobs and applicants in a single flow — and asynchronous video interviews turn first-round screening into a recording every stakeholder can review, share and compare.
Problem
- Recruiters were losing hours a day to tools that did not talk to each other — sourcing in one place, screening in another, and reporting stitched together by hand.
- Live first-round interviews were expensive to schedule across time zones and impossible to compare fairly between candidates.
- Hiring managers rarely saw how a candidate actually answered — only a recruiter's second-hand notes.
Solution
- One platform with three portals — admin/sub-admin, company and candidate — covering companies, jobs, representatives and candidates in a single pipeline.
- Asynchronous video interviews: candidates record answers to role-specific questions whenever it suits them, with no scheduling round-trips.
- Every interview becomes a shareable link — the recording alongside a synced question-and-answer transcript — so hiring teams review, compare and decide together.

One platform, three portals
Admins and sub-admins run the marketplace of companies, jobs and candidates; companies manage their own openings and representatives; candidates get a focused space to accept interviews and record answers. The same pipeline, seen from three sides.

Asynchronous video interviews
Candidates record answers to role-specific questions on their own time. The result is a shareable interview page — video on one side, a synced question-and-answer transcript on the other — that recruiters and hiring managers can review, share and download without a single calendar invite.
