Overview

My ReTasker pairs realtors and brokerages with trained virtual assistants for the busywork of real estate. Listing coordination, MLS inputs and marketing collateral are ordered as one-off services, custom requests or hour-based packages — then tracked, discussed and paid for in a single dashboard built for every role in the workflow.

Problem

  • Back-office work — listing coordination, MLS data entry, marketing collateral — was eating the hours agents should spend with clients.
  • Work handed to assistants lived in email threads, with no shared view of what was ordered, in progress or delivered.
  • Brokerages had no single place to manage plans, hours and realtors across the whole team.

Solution

  • A service marketplace where realtors and brokerages order exactly what they need — standard, rush or custom orders handled by trained virtual assistants.
  • Five role-specific dashboards — Super Admin, Brokerage, Realtor, Manager and VA — give every side of the workflow one source of truth for orders, hours and property progress.
  • Built-in chat, notifications and payment flows keep realtors, managers and VAs in the same thread from request to delivery.

Role-based dashboards

Every role gets its own operational view. Brokerages follow orders, plans and realtor activity; managers and VAs see the hours and tasks allocated to them; the super admin watches the whole marketplace — orders, users and revenue — from one screen.

Plans, packages & payments

Subscription plans, hour-based packages, coupons and payment requests are managed inside the product — the super admin creates and links plans, brokerages buy for the whole team, and realtor management keeps every seat accounted for.
